Keeping the socket alive

This is more of a test of the issue tracker, but when we create the socket, it'll need to either send keep-alives (no P/Invoke) or other data periodically.

Mostly implemented as of changeset 2186, since it sends periodic listPlayers commands. Still need to confirm if this problem still exists, and, if it does come up again, write something else since the PlayerRefreshInterval can be changed to a long interval.

Since playerinfo is no longer received with a timer, this will have to be implemented in some other way.
